Maber London was appointed by Sackville Trustee Ltd to prepare a vacant tenant space on Sackville Street for a short-term let.

The works involved replacing the lighting drivers and recommissioning the controls, alongside renewing the floor finishes, including sanding and staining the timber floor.

The team also decorated the tenant and WC areas and installed a complete furniture package. The project was completed within four weeks and within the client’s budget, allowing the space to be brought to market quickly for viewings.
